Job Description

Preparing and supporting monthly financial reports covering balance sheet, profit and loss and other ad hoc reporting

Management of the general ledger including oversight of balance sheet accounts, bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations

Preparing and posting entries such as monthly accruals, deferrals and journals

Assisting in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts

Supporting work with year-end Group financial statement audits

Review and provide supporting data for tax return filing

Assist the global Group Finance team to manage team absences and peak periods, which may include hands-on support and/or managing additional financial responsibilities

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or relevant accounting experience

ACCA or equivalent certification would be advantageous (we will support continuation of studies if part-qualified)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French would be an asset, but not essential)

Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong motivation to work in a challenging and dynamic environment

Possess a flexible and hands-on approach

Ability to work with tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to details

Knowledge in SAP S/4 is an advantage
