JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for on-going activities related to the successful operation of a retail store that has a restaurant/food preparation area. Engages in food prep activities. Ensures inventory is stocked, and maintains the cleanliness of the store. Provides customer service and engages in financial transactions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

One (1) or more years Experience working in retail environment (Preferred)

No Licensure or Certification Required.

Follows procedures and processes required for all payment transactions (credit card, cash, check, etc.), restricted product sales (tobacco, alcohol, lottery, gift cards, etc.) and all general store procedures

Follows all related food safety regulation requirements (preparation, food handling, storage)

Follows all related food policies of franchise operation including required certifications
