Fitout Project Manager- Can relocate

Our client is looking for a Project Manager that oversees the interior fitout of commercial spaces, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to establish project specifications and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.Manage any issues that arise during the construction phase, providing technical support and problem-solving solutions.Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.Oversee the procurement process, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor management.Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.Provide facilities management support post-project completion, ensuring operational requirements and maintenance standards are met.

Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management10- 12 years’ experience in the construction industry in interiors works with at least 2 – 3 years in a senior roleExperience in handling of all site operations, complete knowledge of design/build/construction and should have managed large commercial value projects independently / with sub contactors for at least 3 –4years.Tiger is B Corp Certified.
