Technical Designer

A confident and career driven Technical Designer, is now needed by a growing and successful Fit Out construction contractor.

This role is a hybrid position, and the office is in central London.

The Technical Designer Role

Working within a qualified and award-winning team, the Technical Designer will have the opportunity to work on Design & Build fit out projects from conception to completion. As the Technical Designer, you will be working alongside some of the most well-known companies in their respected fields.

The successful Technical Designer will work closely with a concept designer and put together the drawings for interesting and exciting Office fit out schemes, using CAD.

The schemes you will be working on, consist of Commercial workspace, ranging from 5,000 sqft, to 25,000 sqft. Contract values will also be between £750K - £5M.

Clear evidence of acting as a Technical Designer

Strong use of CAD

Construction Fit Out knowledge is needed

Design & Build exposure

Team player

Working in the Commercial & Office project space

Spatial awareness

Ideally come from an Interiors / Design / Architectural background

Awareness of commercial decisions

Ability to communicate effectively.
