Scrum Master (m/f/x)

responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master that would become part of project management team. You will be responsible for coordination and development of Customer Centricity team Full functionality and productivity of the team, as well as continuous improvement of its quality will also be expected from you. In this position you will play a leadership role in delivering on the vision, driving product implementation and setting standards within NN.

What will you come across at the role of Scrum Master at NN?

Coordination of Scrum teams and introduction of agile methods and techniques (e.g. product backlog grooming, PI planning, daily stand-up, demo, retrospective, ...)

Coaching and mentoring of the team in the area of agile standards and best practice (Scrum, Kanban)

Working with tools necessary for agile delivery management

Collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers and together with the Product Owner preparation of the product backlog

Preparation of documentation, management of escalations, project dependencies

Proactive communication with projects across NN and NN Group (agile, waterfall

You will be our ideal fit if you have:

At least 3 years of experience with agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS, as well as understanding of waterfall methodology

Experience with coordinating a team of 10 or more people

Ability to communicate with top management of the company, understanding of business, IT process and organization

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution skills

Scrum Master certificate, PRINCE2, PMI – advantage

Advanced skills of MS Office and collaboration tools (DevOps, Jira, Confluence...)

Experience from the financial sphere - insurance, banking.

Ability to speak English proficiently

Wage (gross)

from 2500€ gross depending on skills and experience of the candidate. In addition, the possibility of a bonus is in accordance with NN rules.
