Trainee Recruitment Consultant (High Commission)

Your Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Starting Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 + commission

Bonus: Uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice) - realistic earnings for first year £40-50k (top first year earnings for 2023 = £150k+)

Identifying Leads: Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities.

Sales & Building Your Client Base: Develop and expand your client base through strategic sales efforts.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Interviewing: Conduct interviews to find the best talent for our clients.
