Objectives of the Position
Effectively manage knowledge and make it available to all employees in Order-to-Cash function in term of systems & processes, organization & structure and ignite learning culture.
Oversee Order-to-Cash's Knowledge Management strategy and roadmap to support in harnessing, developing, sharing and effectively using organizational data, learning and knowledge to improve organization-wide activities, current practice and future developments.
Custodian of compliance topics including documentation review and update, access right gatekeeper, internal quality audit, Financial reporting compliance, RRM, corporate audit and external audit.
Main Tasks
Including but not limited to:
To develop, implement, support and sustain Order-to-Cash organization-wide knowledge management strategy including platform for capturing, organizing and developing information, knowledge, expertise and experience from team members.
To create and encourage continuous and effective awareness within Order-to-Cash on the importance of knowledge management, at the same time knowledge and ideas are shared appropriately.
Through training and support, to help Order-to-Cash colleagues and members to embed best-practice approaches to internal knowledge management platform.
To develop or adopt systems and processes which help Order-to-Cash team to easily access and use data, learning, knowledge (internal and external).
Service Management
Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service.
Stakeholder Management
Develop and maintain working relationships with customers to ensure that solutions are adopted, implemented and maintained appropriately.
Frequent cooperation within BASF Group and/or Service Hub KL
Report to, update, support and assist Order to Cash management team
Regional Treasury, local stakeholders and global counterparts
Internal, external auditors and consultant
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational delivery excellence and customer satisfaction in compliance with BASF requirements and FRC controls.

Provide guidance, and support to the knowledge facilitators @ Assistant Manager within Order-to-Cash.

Requirements
Education
University degree in accounting or business administration
Working Experience
More than 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable, treasury or other accounting function including 2 to 3 years’ experience supervising team members
Experience working in a big four audit firm
Experience in training and knowledge management
Technical & Professional Knowledge
In depth knowledge and understanding of:
Order-to-cash and other accounting functions.
SAP system or other ERP system
Knowledge and experience of MS office tools
Communications skills are important to develop and establish cooperation and rapport with users at working levels and of different nationalities
Proficiency in English with good communication skills.
Desired
External experience in a shared service or business process outsourcing engagement will be an added advantage
Experience working in a MNC or Malaysian Public listed company
