Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
and lead a sales team
industry trade shows conferences and events
and identify opportunities to sell products and services along with the sales team
strong and successful customer and sales team relationships
market conditions/competition/technology
meet or exceed sales targets by supporting the sales team

Experience
internal and external sales teams (at least 3 salespeople)
background in customer service and handling sales related customer service issues
value over price: Protecting gross margins and minimizing discounting
directly observed and shadowed a sales team
performance reviews and supervised productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization.
in a small or medium sized company
and sold at trade shows and conferences
B2B experience
with territorial travel and up to 8 overnights per month

Front of the Line: If you have the experience:
years plus of sales management experience
and technical knowledge of industrial electrical products
in using HUBSPOT
Education:
Technical Diploma, Bachelor or MBA
High School graduate acceptable with exceptional industry or sales management experience.
Compensation:
Competitive 6 figure base salary plus bonus and tremendous upside earning potential.
