Description:

Manages the Canadian business to meet sales revenue and gross profit income targets for the region. Leads activity in Canada coordinating activities with customers and internal personnel.

Commercial

Manages and optimize all aspects of the regional sales performance

Directly manage specific customer accounts

Directly manage distribution, sales agency and consultancy agreements

Support sales team with customer visits and presentations as requested

Participates in Americas Business Team meetings

Develops necessary standards and KPIs for sales team

Provides effective leadership and support to ensure that all direct and indirect reports are coached, developed and supported in achieving agreed targets, and fulfil their potential.

Technical

Determine the CTS, R&D needs for the region.

Ensure the regulatory requirements of Canada are met

Combine technical resources with sales resources when required

Participate in CTS and R&D meetings as required

Operations

Work with Canada supply manager to ensure regional performance

Assist in consignment inventory to minimize inventory exposure and variances

Oversee the supply chain service delivery for the region, with emphasis on OTIF, customer service and financial targets

Help drive out costs in all aspects of the regional supply chain without compromising performance

Compliance

Ensure all region staff, customers, 3rd party partners adhere to Innospec legal and compliance requirements
