Logistic Coordinator (6 months contract)
Our Client is a global healthcare company aims to improve the quality of human life. The company is one of the leading MNCs in developing and manufacturing drugs, vaccines and consumer healthcare products.
Responsibilities:
· To inspect, check and confirm the integrity of received raw ingredients and/ or re-work samples before sampling preparation.
· To verify, plan and prepare sampling documents according to cGMP, safety and regulatory requirements as stated in the SOP.
· To check the integrity of packaging materials / isolators before using them.
· To sample the raw materials/ re-work samples according to sampling plan in accordance to safety and quality compliance requirements.
· To perform cleaning/ sanitization of the sampling materials/ equipment/ instruments and housekeeping as per cGMP/ GLP requirements stated in the SOP.
· To ensure all composited raw materials/ samples are submitted to the respective section (such as QC laboratory, warehouse, logistic team, product development etc.) with proper storage/ transportation requirements.
· To take care of the maintenance of the sampling tools/ equipment/ instrument and HEPA filters in the sampling area/ room.
· To assist or support continuous improvement initiatives/ projects for improving site sampling efficiency.
Requirements:
· Certificate in pharmaceutical studies/ manufacturing/ chemical process/ science or related field.
· With minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical/ manufacturing/ QC laboratory/ sample incoming or raw material lab.
· Good knowledge of cGMP, GLP and safety (EHS) requirements in the manufacturing or laboratory setting.
· Certified in driving truck/ forklift/ pallet trucks in the warehouse or manufacturing floor.
· Detail oriented, excellent time management and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a team or independently.
