Investment Manager

Job Responsibilities

Source and evaluate investment opportunities in early-stage companies in Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore

Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive analysis

Create fundamental research on new markets and industries of investment interest. Develop investment thesis and investment memos accordingly

Identify the trends in various sectors through primary and secondary research and build a steady pipeline of new prospects basis of the investment thesis

Work with entrepreneurs and management teams to develop business plans and financial models

Negotiate deal terms and structure investments

Monitor and manage a portfolio of investments, including tracking financial performance and providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies

Build relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other investors to stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities

End to end management of investee companies

Contribute to the overall strategy of the firm and participate in fundraising efforts

Job Requirements

Undergrad or Post Grad in Technology, Business, Economics or Commerce from a top-tier institute/ Chartered Accountant

Has a flair for technology and upcoming sectors.

MBA or CFA is not necessary, but will be an advantage

Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in either Big 4’s transaction advisory or Due Diligence Team, Tech/ Venture Capital/ Corporate Finance/ or Consulting. We are open to evaluating candidates having experience of working at early-stage or hyper-growth startups

High degrees of ownership with a can-do attitude
