Job Summary:

As the Plumbing Service Technician, you will lead the way in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential plumbing systems. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of plumbing equipment, contributing to the overall success of our team. Compensation:

Hourly rate of $28.00 - $32.00, DOE

Primary Responsibilities:

Service, repair, and propose replacements for various plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.

Troubleshooting, adapting, and resolving plumbing issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Conduct thorough inspections to prevent future plumbing issues and educate customers on system needs.

Lead the documentation of all services, discussions, and costs accurately for transparency and efficiency.

Uphold professionalism by following safety protocols, wearing company-approved apparel, and respecting customers' property.

Train less experienced technicians.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a Plumbing Service Technician.

Knowledge of water treatment

Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of technicians.

Solid communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ambitious mindset looking for growth

Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, and physical

Certifications are a plus
