The Senior Corporate Representative will serve as a pivotal liaison between specialist policy groups, playing a crucial role in advancing the Chairman's vision for a more established D.C. presence and unified government and public relations operation across the United States region. The successful candidate will provide strategic insights on Government Relations (GR), emerging manufacturing industry trends, and policies. In this influential role, the Senior Corporate Representative will be instrumental in identifying and leveraging new event opportunities to enhance the company's reputation and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the leadership in communicating GR activities relevant to for the corporate offices in the United States and headquarters.

- Serve as a key liaison among specialist policy groups in Washington D.C., and other states.

- Attend meetings and take minutes related to trade policy, regulatory policies, and other relevant information for the United States region.

- Identify and advise on opportunities where either pending, or existing policies can benefit the business functions of the group.

- Assist with multi-faceted events within the stakeholders by meeting with key contacts, leaders in D.C., and other stakeholders.

- Create reporting on quarterly GR activities to track progress towards department goals.

- Identify new opportunities for policy incentives, business innovation, and enforce best practices in internal and external communications.

- Advise on strategic communications, messaging, and media release copywriting for leadership consideration.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin fluency is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

- Exceptional ability to strategically apply PR/GR/communications tactics to business objectives.

- Ability to conduct internet research to gather information on regulatory requirements and industry trends.

- Familiarity with collaboration tools, virtual meeting platforms, and document management systems.

- Knowledge of database software and electronic board portals for data management and meeting materials.

Education and Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of high school education or equivalent.

- Some additional specialized training is preferred but not required.

- Experience in government relations, public affairs, or corporate communications is desirable.

- Demonstrated experience working with policy groups, industry associations, or similar organizations.

- Travel required (approximately 35% of the time).
