What matters most as a customer service representative:

Pay starts at $19 / hour, negotiable for the right experience and qualifications

6-month contract opportunity with potential for extension and access to benefits including medical, dental, and vision

A hybrid schedule for a flexible and supportive environment must be within 50 miles of Wayne, PA

Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm schedule

Your new role as a customer service representative:

Answer incoming customer calls and process account change requests

Process requests for lease documentation and fee waiver requests

Perform account audits and reconciliations

Process cancellation requests and process payments

Add or adjust purchase orders, outside vendor requests, and due dates

Your experience to be a customer service representative:

Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Experience in financial services is a plus
