Job Summary:

Willing to train.

The ideal candidate would be a courteous, well-organized team player who is able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Basic duties include answering phones, assigning calls, and assisting drivers with directions and paperwork in a very busy office setting with heavy call volume.

We are open 24hrs a day.

Knowledge of Berkshire County is helpful.

Job Functions:

Retrieve maps and assist drivers with directions and paperwork

Answering incoming calls; assisting all callers

Communicate and assign calls to Taxi Drivers

Book transportation

Provide directions to drivers as needed

Perform clerical functions, data entry, filing

Perform other duties as needed
