Salary: $52,000.00 to $80,000.00 Annually

Briner Building, Inc. is seeking a qualified Project Superintendent to join our team.
A successful candidate will be a highly motivated and energetic performer that can assist a strong team of construction professionals. This position will be the primary client contact during the construction phase. They will manage the on-site construction activities, including but not limited to, scheduling, procurement of material, and quality aspects of the project. A strong desire to grow with our company is welcomed as we carry on a 52-year legacy in the design/build construction industry.
Qualifications:
Possess solid management, organization, verbal/written communications, and people skills.
Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret measurable goals, objectives, policies, and procedures on a broad range of projects.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Project.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Collaborate with administrators and determine work priorities and coordinate work activities per jobsite.
Organize, coordinate, and supervise the work of the Foreman (Briner) and all related subcontractors per jobsite.
Keep cost records on materials and work performance with change orders coordination.
Coordinate with the project manager on “buyout items” with job budget management.
Document external purchase orders initiated by the Superintendent and turn in paperwork in a timely manner. (weekly)
Exercise control over rate of construction progress to complete construction projects within time limits.
Coordinate and schedule job operations and equipment needed.
Coordinate and schedule jobsite meetings (Subcontractor, etc.)
Coordinate and enforce all jobsite safety
Ensure proper punch list management and job closeout. (As-Builts, O-E Manuals)
Complete weekly job statues report and three weeks look ahead as needed.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Estimate small jobs and coordinate work as needed.
Average work week: 45 to 50hrs

Required Education:
Associates/Bachelor’s Degree.
