Security Officer, Norton West Louisville Hospital, Days

Responsibilities:

The Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment for Norton Healthcare properties, patients, employees, and visitors. The role responds to emergency situations; patrols assigned areas; escorts and transports patients; maintains records and reports and contributes to the efficient operation of the department.

Opening November of 2024, this state-of-the-art facility is being built at 850 South 28th Street and will offer comprehensive services, including a 24-hour emergency department, inpatient care, operating rooms and imaging technology. This role requires driving Norton Healthcare vehicles, which could include transporting patients and visitors. You must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record
