Service Delivery Coordinator works with the Field Specialists within the Completions & Wellbore product line. This role focuses on the coordination of field service personnel and ensures flawless execution to our customers.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out

Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion

Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectives

Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage

Manage the process for Management of Change (MOC) approval/escalation to ensure that the proper process is followed

Report incidents and manage communication with customers and internal

Conduct job briefing during planning and debriefing after closing for every job/activity

Support service delivery manager and sales team in response to customer enquiries, additional scope of work, and opportunity outside current assigned account.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in Engineering or similar field or a Diploma Degree with relevant experience in a similar role

Minimum 5 years working experience

Demonstrate solid experience in Wellbore Interventions (Big Hole Fishing, Whipstock, Plug and Abandon, Thru Tubing Intervention, Service tools, and Wellbore Clean Up)

Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English

Have good team working and communication skills

Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
