TS is headquartered in Singapore with our teams distributed among Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Manila, Jakarta, Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, and Mumbai. We have been operational in the Philippines since 2018 and count over 20 local banks and consumer financing companies as our clients.

Role introduction

This is an exciting and demanding role to implement and scale-up our new credit cards business in the Philippines by partnering with progressive local banks on one side and leading consumer platforms on the other side.

You would lead the development of our Android and Apple mobile apps allowing users to apply for credit cards, activate instant virtual cards and be used as the primary card servicing portal. You will implement AI powered conversational interfaces in all aspects of the apps in close collaboration with our data science, UI/UX and engineering teams.

This role offers a chance to help young people without traditional access to credit cards to access credit instantly, when and where they need it and to start building their formal financial lives.

What you will do

Technical Product Strategy: Define and implement the technical product strategy for our AGI-powered, credit card-centric mobile application, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Product Development: Collaborate directly with the engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, focusing predominantly on credit card management features and conversational AI interfaces.

AI Deployment & Performance: Oversee the deployment and performance of Conversational AI components of our app, ensuring smooth and effective user interactions during onboarding, servicing, and engagement.

App Store Deployment & Performance: Own the overall app's deployment on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Continuously monitor app performance metrics and user reviews on both platforms, making necessary enhancements.

Team Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among different teams, including the UI/UX design team, customer research team, and other stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring the app's performance, security, reliability, and effective AI interactions.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the product development process adheres to applicable laws and regulations within the fintech industry, particularly those related to credit card products.

Skills and Experience Required:

Proven track record in technical product management, with a focus on consumer finance mobile apps

Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of mobile apps, API integrations, credit card processing technologies and banking regulations (last two preferred)

Exceptional ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring technical requirements are understood and met.

Keen insight into fintech industry trends, with the ability to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies including Gen AI

Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to use database queries to inform product strategy and development.

Must Have

4+ Years of relevant experience.

Experience with leading development mobile apps from a product or engineering role

Flexibility to travel to Vietnam HCMC occasionally to spend time on site with local Engineering team
