Template - RPA Project Manager

The Operations-RPA-Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with clients, assessing their feedback and refining existing services. The role is responsible for upholding Prodapt's winning values and working in a way that contributes to the company's vision.

Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership in requirement gathering for project implementation

Drive and own the code deliverables as per the agreed timelines and reach the customer expectation

Perform R&D across leading technologies and integrate them with RPA solution

Manage RPA servers, installation of client, control room and underlying application installation and configuration

Perform system maintenance, software upgrades and other IT audit, compliance processes

Drive the team to perform detailed assessments and propose improvements, process re-engineering and system enhancements/integrations

Recommend the best RPA tool for the current requirement and integrate it with other programming scripts for enhanced, cost-effective and efficient results

Groom domain experts within the team through mentoring and coaching

Establish and maintain excellent communication and relationship skills with clients and other internal stakeholders

Review the existing solution and propose changes to bring in efficiency, analyze the technical feasibility and implement changes

Establish defined governance and communication model with customers, assess client feedback and refine services

Identify ongoing business expansion opportunities within the existing project and convert them into successful outcomes

Monitor and implement cost-effective measures to ensure efficient cost management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field (mandatory)

MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science

Foundation Course / Certification - PMP/Prince2

Experience (eg. Background, Previous Roles, Industries)

Work experience (6-10 years)

Adapt/ Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects

Advanced level - Microsoft office

Telecom Basics

RPA Tools- Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI path, Microsoft Power Automate

C, Java, DOT NET, Python, VBA, SQL, MY SQL, ORACLE, API Concepts.
