How you will do it

Facilitate to manage development and delivery of technical communications within the assigned knowledge management system.

Utilize the accumulation of information by external and internal end-user communities as well as forums.

Supervise dissemination of policy knowledge within the organization.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to set up steady standards for all according to the given knowledge management system.

Revise and edit SME content to reduce defects supplied to End- user community.

Utilize Knowledge Management’s best practices to present and execute new customer solutions.

Prepare productive knowledge base operations management by defining and following key metrics.

Determine content creation priorities and maintenance procedures using analytical data.

Identify customer issues and trends and provide content to reduce impact on customers.

Direct and assist content management procedure.

Search, identify and produce new industry concepts and functional areas on the basis of data from in-house text evaluation tools.

Assist secondary source material research.

Consult subject matter experts to attain maximum knowledge on the respective topic.

Define and enhance present definitions in Knowledge Base.

Engineer and optimize lexical as well as morphological rules along with dictionaries.

What we look for

Demonstrated experience working with multiple specialties in a "one-team" environment.

Experience across a variety of technical disciplines.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience with Python and all Data Science – NLP / NLU disciplines.

Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Tensorflow, Pytorch

Experience with Search Indexes (SOLR, Elastic Search, Redis, Azure Cognitive Search etc) and Search concepts is a plus.

Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing: You should have a strong understanding of machine learning and natural language processing techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and natural language understanding (NLU).

Proven work experience with Large Language Models is a must.

Knowledge Representation: You should have a strong understanding of various knowledge representation techniques, such as ontologies, semantic networks, frames, and rules. You should be able to select the appropriate representation technique for a given problem and develop efficient algorithms to process the knowledge.
