Job Purpose
Lead, develop and execute Account Plans (Account Planning) with clear revenue, profitability and brand equity targets of both the Levi’s® and Dockers® brands; build and maintain relationship with franchisee and achieve market penetration, revenue, profitability and brand positioning targets for the assigned accounts/doors (individual and team targets) and supervise the work of Account Executive(s).
Responsibilities
Sales Management
Implement sales/channel expansion plans in line with retail distribution strategy to enhance positioning of the brands and drive volume
Manage franchise partners; ensure that brands are presented in line with brand strategies at retail
Monitor market developments, trends and competitor activities and share this information with the B&M, Demand Forecasting and Marketing teams to create/maximize business opportunities
Execution of Assortment Plan
Provide feedback on Store Grading exercise to maximizes store productivity/profitability
Review assortment plans in discussions with Retail Merchant and Demand Forecasting team to ensure right assortment by door that meets consumer demand
Ensure flawless sell-in and execution of assortment plan at trade
Execution of In store Excellence
Ensure implementation and execution of all elements of the retail strategy/initiatives at store in line with brand guidelines and standards
Ensure consistent execution of store Visual Merchandising and presentation across all retail stores
Ensure our store presentation reflect our Brand Value proposition and is in line with APD specification.
Ensure excellent Retail operations and service in all stores - meeting Mystery Shopper target levels and consumer expectations
Support store staff development, knowledge and service
Retail Performance:
Implement and execute LS retail performance measures across all stores
Support and lead the implementation and execution of new and/or improvement of retail initiatives as needed
Monitor and analyze store performance - provide retail expertise to business partner to improve retail profitability and productivity
Facilitate problem resolution and operational improvement with business partner and provide update to management as necessary
Conduct store audit and stock take for better control and accuracy
People Management
Lead and supervise the day to day work of assigned Account Executive(s)
Ensure KPIs and AEs are set and monitored throughout the year
Requirements
Degree in business, Marketing with at least 5 years of significant experience in Sales and Retailing operations management
Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising experience
Problem identification and solving skills

Customer Service Orientation
Knowledge of store planning and implementation practices
Solid understanding of products and competitive environment
Basic knowledge of POS systems
