Area 57 Colombian restaurant and bakery in Sunny Isles, FL is looking for one bookkeeper / accounted to join our strong team Part Time

We are located in Sunny isles beach Fl.

We are seeking a very accurate, organized, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Full Charge Bookkeeper. Our company are growing very quickly and need a professional individual with experience. A successful candidate in this position will become a operating the accounting department at the company.

Highly proficient using Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.

Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Reconciliation, inventory, Strong problem solving skills, Strong detail skills very important, Ability to multitask and attention to detail is a must.

Absolute fluency in English and Spanish grammatical skills a must; additional languages a plus

5 years QuickBooks Experience are a MUST

Responsibilities and Duties

-Accounting data entry and bookkeeping information processing

- Process Accounts Payable:

-Review and process all vendor invoices,

-purchase orders and bills.

-Make sure all prices are correct.

-Coordinate with Vendors to reconcile accounts.

-Make sure all products are received in timely manner and entered into the system.

- Create custom reports on quickbooks like showing purchase quantity and sales frequency to determine future orders.

- Inventory tracking and management. Set proper re-order quantity to avoid products running out of stock.

- Monitor and post inventory entries.

- Process Accounts Receivable: Make bank deposits and post payments

- Filing, copying, mailing, office duties

- Create invoice

- Pay bills

- Bank and credit card, reconciliations

- File Sales Tax

- payroll

- Process and File 1099 forms and W2 forms

- Collect and file all employees documents.

- Create weekly sales and expense reports. Cash Flow Analysis on a weekly basis

- Keep commission log current and make commission payments when due.

- Consult quarterly projections with CPA for tax compliance and communicate with CPA for financial reporting.

- Documentation management and filing: Create and maintain database and data files

- Acquire and keep file of clients CC Forms, Sales Tax Certificates and any other documents.

- Ability to be very discrete with confidential information

- Maintain all vendor and client archives.

- Additional assignment per management direction

- Consistent and reliable attendance

- Answer incoming calls for accounting

- Assist with general office activities

- Willing to work extra hours if needed

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 5 years as bookkeeper

- Must have previous QuickBooks Online and Accounting experience

- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

- Able of dealing with Complexity

- Must have outstanding customer service skills

- strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience organizing and managing filing systems

- Confidentiality and ability to protect sensitive information

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Organizational and planning skills

- Problem analysis and problem solving skills

- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English and Spanish is required

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
