Kichen Manager

Area 57 Crb in Sunny Isles, FL is looking for one kichen manager to join our strong team. We are located on 16850 Collins Ave #102. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Ensure the highest degree of quality and consistency in every aspect of food production.

Control the sanitation and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and related areas to ensure a healthy, safe work environment that exceeds federal, state, and corporate standards and regulations.

Maintain clear communications among your kitchen staff and between the kitchen and corporate teams.

Handle all administrative management duties including scheduling, inventory, financials, and more.

Hire, train and develop the kitchen team.

Qualifications

must have full experience in managment kitchen

5 years expertness verifiable

Minimum of 5 years of kitchen experience

Minimum of 2 years of management experience

Strong foundation in culinary and kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, kitchen line, and more.
