Manage IT and systems vendors such as Nice and Accenture
Voice of internal customers for all issues relating to these applications

Skills for Success:
Min Diploma
1 year of experience in operations related role
At least 1 year of experience in systems operations and project management.
Acquired experience as a business analyst role leading various roles such as UAT lead & implementation lead
Competency in excel and power point
Strong stakeholder Management
Strong analytical skills
Strong influencing skills
Strong in execution
Good presentation skills
