Minimum 1+ years intrepreter experience required.

Position Type:

Full-time role OR Part-time

Potential for Extended School Year (ESY) or summer assignments based on candidate preference

Collaboration with on-site educational teams and counselors

Qualifications:

Valid California sign language interpreter certification

Masters Degree in Sign Language Interpretation or related field

Preference for a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a school setting

Previous exposure to remote services is desirable; comfortable with teletherapy delivery

Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and platforms

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support tailored to students' communication and language needs

Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to develop and implement interventions

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and comprehensive sign language testing

Offer timely feedback and recommendations to enhance student progress

Adapt and create resources to meet the diverse needs of students
