Primary Purpose of the Position:

You will design and develop trade marketing strategy and campaigns across Philippines strategic markets to reach consumers, enabling sales growth for all brands while ensuring the alignment with the brand positioning.

You will lead cluster trade marketing team to maximize the return on investment by centralizing the TM resources and program designs and magnifying best practices and synergies.

You will lead the development and keep improving retail signage, in-store merchandising and e-commerce brand / product across the cluster, ensuring impact and reflecting our brand equity to drive purchasing intent.

Job Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing

You will develop a cluster PH integrated trade (sell-through / sell-out) and ecommerce marketing agenda including programs/ campaigns that are aligned with APAC & global brand(s) directions.

You will ensure consistent brand(s) identity and messages built on consumer insights and deploy through working closely with ASEAN marketing team.

You will solicit and manage cluster centralized agency through design and development of APAC wide campaigns and ensure deployment across the clusters while tailoring to local requirements.

You will identify and deploy process and technology / digital capabilities as required to deliver the desired shopper experience to drive share gains in prioritized consumer segments for both online and offline

You will monitor performance through monthly analysis of sell-in and sell-out data.

You will drive compliance of sales execution vs guidelines (Perfect Store = Availability / Distribution, Merchandising, Pricing and Promo).

You will support New Product Launches via: target setting, forecast planning, salesforce presentation to KPI’s tracking.

you will deploy Brands Plans to Sales Team and Key Customers during quarterly/monthly cascades, roadshows and JBP’s.

You will assess the ROI of trade investments with structured post-evaluation analysis to provide the Leadership Team with solid recommendations.

You will wokr with Sales Force and Customers to get insights from the market and turn these inputs into actionable trade commercial plans.

Retail Design

You will dvelop retail design and merchandising guidebook to bring into life the aligned APAC brand(s) positioning.

You will provide more shopper value, facilitating decision-making by improving the ease of shopping and reducing friction of in-store buying process.

You will oversee the creation and implementation of POMS’s, including point-of-sale displays, merchandising tools, and promotional collateral and lead GYAC builds and refurbishment.

You will leverage current knowledge & data available internally and work with agency / professional to map, prioritize and optimize Branded Retail footprint coverage. Identify the geo-white-space for new site and/or site re-location.

Team Capability

You will nourish and promote consumer-centric and sellout driven mentality in the Consumer PBU.

You will develop team capability development through leading best-practice sharing among clusters.

You will work with Sales & Trainers to identify & prioritize the training needs for branded retailers to improve and upgrade retail execution, car service work-flow and workmanship and therefore continuously improve consumer experience across Goodyear branded retail network

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferable with an MBA in Marketing

8 years Marketing foundation, with demonstrated experience in the areas of trade marketing, retail design, Marketplace Activation (both Traditional and New Media)

5+ years in leadership

Experienced Trade Marketing skills and design capabilities

Innovative and creative thinking

Organization leadership and team development : Able to influence across the countries through functional leadership

Strong analytical & strategic

Drive for results in prioritized manner (balanced sense of urgency)
