We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our store's growth and success.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in a similar sole and be able to take on the role requiring store management, staff management, merchandising, ordering and stock and inventory control.

Responsibilities:

- Supervising the sales team

- Ensuring timely customer service to all patrons

- Addressing customer queries and concerns regarding products and services.

- Developing work schedules and assigning tasks and responsibilities to staff

- Interviewing and recruiting new team members.

- Assisting team in managing complicated sales transactions

- Evaluating returned goods and authorizing replacements or refunds or credits

- Performing regular stock assessments and place orders to replenish stock.

- Ensuring accurate pricing and presentation of all products

- Ensuring OHS guidelines to ensure safety of clients and team members.

Requirements:

- AQF Certificate II or higher in a relevant field and at least 1 year of relevant full-time work experience.

- A warm, energetic, and dependable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction and demonstrated leadership abilities.

- An extra 6 months of relevant employment will be accepted in place of a formal qualification.

- Authorization to work in Australia without any restrictions.

- Able to work on weekends.

An annual salary of $72,000 to $73,000 per annum plus super will be paid to the right candidate. If you meet the requirements, please send your CV to
