Role

As a Move Coordinator at PackPro Movers, you will be the driving force behind customer relationships, providing vital support to current clients and guiding potential customers to the best moving solutions. Responsibilities

Continuous training: Participate in shadow calls, weekly training sessions, and continuously improve your skills through feedback.

Advising: Provide insights to update and implement standard operating procedures.

Conduct in-home estimates: Schedule and perform same-day and next-day in-home estimates when needed.

Solve Problems: Guide prospective customers away from sub-par moving services to our reliable solutions.

Handle Rebuttals with Care: Handle rebuttals from a place of care with the intention of helping prospective customers make the best decision possible for their unique situation.

Follow Scripts Accurately: Following call scripts to a tee, and ensuring all information needed by operations is collected with extreme accuracy in order for us to best serve our customers.

Respond Swiftly: Maintain quick response times for inbound calls, leads, and messages.

Maintain Follow-Ups: Keep a consistent follow-up schedule to engage prospective customers.

Efficient Scheduling: Schedule moves effectively within the designated time frames.

Collaborating Collaborate with dispatch to manage unique scheduling situations and last-minute bookings to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Pre-move customer support: Be the main point of contact for customer concerns, questions, rescheduling, and document requests for the days leading up to their move date.

Effective Dispatching: Keep customers updated on arrival times and relay requests to operations.

Feedback Monitoring: Identify negative feedback patterns(a rare occurrence for us), and forward customer service tickets when necessary.

Possible future responsibilities

Recruiting: Hire, train, and recruit within your department, fostering a strong culture and high-performance standards.

Strategic Development: Create and implement customer-focused strategies aligned with operational goals.

Drive Innovation: Conduct tests and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales processes and scripts.

Cross-Company Collaboration: Ensure strategies align with overall business objectives.

Cultivate Excellence: Develop compensation plans and foster a culture of high achievers.

Mentorship: Coach and mentor move coordinators to improve their performance and prepare them for leadership roles.

Decision Making: Serve as the point of contact for the team in complex scenarios, making effective decisions aligned with our values and mission.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound, outbound, or door-to-door sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate at a high level.

Availability to Work full time, and overtime when needed

Attendance at weekly in-person training sessions.

Willingness to adapt to frequently changing standard operating procedures.

Ability to work hybrid

A reliable, up-to-date computer/laptop. A dual monitor setup is preferred

Strong attention to detail.

Must pass a rigorous background check.

Must live within 30 minutes of the 75252 zip. code

Compensation

Base+commission

$4,580 - $6,250 per month

$55,000-$75,000 per year

Uncapped pay, potential to make $100,000+
