Carey Limousine of Austin is accepting resumes for the position of:

CDL-Chauffeur/Driver and Non CDL Chauffeur/Driver

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available

Individuals in this position provide safe and timely transportation to Carey of Austin customers in company vehicles. The highest degree of safety and adherence to company standards are necessary. Carey chauffeurs consistently demonstrate proper safe driving behaviors, etiquette, courtesy, and provide travel assistance to our customers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Graduate or GED required.

Experience: One (1) year of customer service experience and/or professional driving experience. Must have driving experience for at least eight (8) continuous years.

Other Requirements:

Must have a valid and up-to-date driver’s license.

Must have and maintain a clean driving record, meeting company standards.

Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, post-employment random drug and alcohol tests, with both drug and alcohol testing at least once a year after hire.

Skills:

Must have good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in the English language.

Must have and maintain a clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Knowledge of the geographic area around the assigned office.

Ability to operate company-standard radio/phone and other communications systems used for communication with the dispatch department.

Willing and able to provide customer service at the highest level.

Maintain a neat and clean appearance.

Punctual, demonstrating dependable attendance patterns.

Well rested and alert when reporting for duty.

Able to make sound and quick decisions.

Physical Requirements:

Able to sit for long periods of time, operating a vehicle with attention to safety.

Able to see and hear clearly both during the day and at night.

Able to speak the English language in a manner easily understood by customers and co-workers.

Able to write clearly and accurately in the English language.

Able to lift and carry baggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
