Medical Assistant or LPN

Job Description

We are in need of a full time Medical Assistant or LPN to assist with procedures. Direct Training will be provided. Additional duties and training provided for the following:

•Sterilizing and preparing instruments.

•Assisting the Physician during procedures, manipulating C-Arm to ensure good placement and imaging.

•Taking pictures during procedures and uploading images into medical records for storage.

•Ordering and stocking the procedure room with supplies.

Additional duties:

•Assisting Doctor with patient care

•Escorting patients to exam room.

•Preparing exam rooms.

•Preparing patient for Doctor (i.e. histories, blood pressure, vitals, etc.).

•Various clerical duties (i.e. answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling patient charts, etc.).

•Ordering and maintaining exam room supplies and instruments.

•Following up with lab work and/or xrays.

•Other duties as assigned.
