Smart Choice is seeking a dynamic, bilingual (Spanish) Customer Services Representative to be an integral part of our Team. We are looking for a talented client-focused employee to be a liaison for our company. This position will involve handling incoming client calls, updating information in a database, following up on paperwork, and more! We are seeking candidates who thrives on helping others and can work well in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
Professionally answer the phones and direct all calls accordingly
Assist with special administrative projects
Make incoming and outgoing calls as well as follow up with customers to ensure proper on-time payments.
Troubleshoot and answer questions from homeowners relating to their accounts.
Ability to identify and escalate calls to the next level for additional assistance as necessary.
Coordinate with customers to resolve any billing inquiries.
Assist with mail handling per client and company policies.
Maintains organizational information and other guide references as needed.
Enter information into a CRM system, monitor progress as well as follow up on all requests.
Other duties as assigned
Work with cleaning teams out in the field to ensure all clients are happy.
Job Benefits
Full-time work schedule – Monday - Friday (40 hours a week) with alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications
The position requires someone who is personable, dependable, and responsible, with excellent organizational as well as verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Must have a positive attitude with impeccable customer service skills
Bi-lingual is a plus
High School level education
