Summary:

AirAsia Foundation is seeking to recruit a new team member with a communications background to support its activities. She/he will report to the Manager of AirAsia Foundation and implement marketing activities to promote its programmes and build the Foundation’s brand presence. She/he will also support the Foundation’s core work in social entrepreneurship.

What You'll Champion:

Strategise the Foundation’s social channels to strengthen the Foundation’s brand, including daily posting, monitor & track analytics, content development, plan and implement social media strategy

Work with the team for content creation to create positive brand engagement online

Plan and implement the Foundation’s internal and external activities, including interactive events to raise the profile of the Foundation in Asean

Promote grant and project activities through the Foundation’s communication channels and via Capital A’s channels.

Support, engage and interact with followers and community groups in social networks

Support and coordinate launch campaign initiatives, including but not limited to event live coverage and photo-taking

Monitor and report on beneficiaries’ activities and relevant news on social enterprise and sustainable travel topics on social media platform

Plan and manage the Foundation’s internal communications within the AirAsia Group to engage AirAsia Allstars in the Foundation’s projects and work with other departments to provide business support to grantees

Support and promote the activities of the Foundation’s retail platform

Perform other tasks that support the Foundation’s work in social enterprise, humanitarian campaigns and anti-trafficking initiative

Who You Are:

Enthusiastic and capable of working on several projects simultaneously

Creative, organised, detail-oriented, good with numbers, resourceful and able to find solutions to unexpected problems

Capable o independently planning tasks and managing time, including the tracking and processing of information in a fast-moving environment

The ideal candidate should have:

A first or upper second degree from a recognized university in marketing, business/management, communications, or other relevant disciplines

Three years of relevant work experience in social media, communications, branding, project planning or management and coordination

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Proficient in using Google Suite Applications and MS Office

Personal maturity and the ability to interact with a variety of people, including at the highest level
