Your responsibilities will include:

This position reports to the IITS APAC Regional Operations Manager and operates under the general direction of the 1LMX International Operations Team and contributes to the overall successful of the 1LMX transition project.

You will partner with 1LMX product teams and other stakeholders to finalise the technical architecture for Australia, ensuring compliant solutions are developed and meet business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, aligning with business requirements and strategic goals

Collaborate with business areas, IT teams, and external partners to define and refine project scope and deliverables.

Provide leadership and guidance to both SAP technical and functional teams across the project lifecycle.

Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies and innovations to integrate relevant solutions into the organisation.

Develop integration plans for SAP and key non-SAP systems such as Deltek Cobra and OpenPlan, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.

Document all architectural designs and changes, maintaining compliance with both internal guidelines and external regulations.

About you:

The ideal candidate is an experienced technical resource with broad knowledge of business applications and technical IT concepts, as well as a firm understanding of in-country systems landscape and data sovereignty requirements.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in SAP system architecture, with expertise in at least two of the following SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM or BASIS, ABAP, BW, PI, SLT, HANA Data Modelling.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.

Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, effective across all organisational levels.

At least 5 years of experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNOW.

Experience with SAP technologies like Ariba and other cloud-based solutions.

Proven track record in project cost management and scheduling with tools like Deltek Cobra and OpenPlan.

Relevant certifications in SAP modules or project management
