Join our dynamic team at the Halls Creek Motel, a leading provider of accommodation in the Halls Creek region, WA.

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our spaces are clean, sanitized, and always presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust different areas of the motel and restaurant including carpets, furniture, curtains, and fittings.

- Clean, disinfect and sanitize restrooms and other common areas ad restock supplies.

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.

- Operate commercial vacuum cleaners and use commercial grade cleaners and solvents to clean fittings, walls, floor, windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and wax floors.

- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.

- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and materials safely and effectively.

- Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within specified timeframes.

- Notify management of any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages.

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required; training will be provided.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures and instructions.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Benefits:
