What can you expect as QMer?

You will work in a team that is invoking the best of AI, ML and Data Analytics to make nifty insights and products that transform business decision making. We enjoy making these exciting little innovations just because that make our jobs worth talking about. and hopefully, it helps someone or some business out there. We work as a team, push each other harder, make bold commitments and meet them.

Responsibilities

1. Understand data and business context.

a. Understand the business problem being solved and related data.

b. Engage with clients to figure out source data, its limitations and assumption.

c. Short list type of ML or AI models that can be used on the data to address business question.

2. Build Solutions.

a. Build quick solution prototypes using AI/ML to determine optimal solution path.

b. Discuss solution approach with Business Analyst and lead Data Scientist/AI Engineer.

c. Set model KPIs, execute models and continuously iterate until optimal solution is achieved.

d. Test for accuracy, stability, and predictability of models.

e. Align with Business Analyst and Engagement Lead on learnings and recommendations.

3. Drive scale, adoption, and impact.

a. Support Business Analyst in communicating results back to clients.

b. Engage with clients to ensure clarity of results.

c. Work with product team to convert above capability into a scalable, self-use product.

4. Pre-Sales

a. Quick prototyping of solutions through data visualization and light touch data science.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)

At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or ML modeling in

Price and Promotional Analytics or Marketing and Media Mix Measurement

Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms

Fluency in a programming language (Python)

Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau)
