As an Embedded Systems Hardware Engineer, you will be leading or be part of a team that provides
technology solutions in the domain of Space. We are looking for someone who has a strong passion for

Systems, who is eager to break down large, technical problems and solve them systematically.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for understanding product/project requirement specifications.
Design or work with design teams to Complete electronics hardware design - technical
Architecture and high-level design to ensure that the product meets performance, reliability, most
importantly customer expectations. Should have experience in DO-254.
Should be experienced in Quality Management Systems, AS9100, Quality audits.
Expected to maintain and improve systems and development processes.
Manage the projects - quality and ensure timely delivery
Analyze business needs and implementation approaches, and deliver high-quality applications
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time
Deliver successfully on all aspects of the product life cycle
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics / Telecommunications
4–8 years of relevant experience
SKILL SET
Digital, Analog, Mixed signal circuit design
Micro controller and DSP based embedded system designs
Circuit simulations – P SPICE, LT SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink etc
Power electronics design using MOSFET, IGBT
Electromechanical actuation systems Brushed DC Motors, Brushless DC motors, AC motors
and drive electronics
Communication interfaces SPI, I2C, RS232, RS422/ 485, MIL-STD-1553B, Ethernet, CAN
Should have worked with standards : DO-254, DO-160, MIL-STD 461, MIL-STD 704, MILSTD 810, MIL-HDBK-217
Design of electronics for environmental conditions (thermal, structural-vibration, shock, EMI,
Vacuum)
Knowledge of PCB layout design, manufacture and assembly
Derating, Thermal and Reliability analysis
Automated Testing
