Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an HVAC Chiller Sales Engineer. As a HVAC Chiller Sales Engineer, your role will require to get orders and to collaborate with clients, consultants, and the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project requirements.

Identify leads: The salesperson identifies potential customers and generates leads

through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Build relationships: The salesperson builds relationships with clients and provides

exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Conduct sales activities: The salesperson conducts sales activities, including

product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations, to close deals and meet

sales targets.

Develop sales strategies: The salesperson develops sales strategies and tactics to

achieve sales goals, including identifying new markets and customers and

developing promotional activities.

Maintain sales records: The salesperson maintains accurate and up-to-date sales

records, including customer information, sales activities, and sales forecasts.

Collaborate with team members: The salesperson collaborates with other team

members, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to

ensure that sales activities are aligned with company goals and strategies.

Provide product knowledge: The salesperson provides customers with product

knowledge and technical support, answering questions and providing

recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.

Attend events: The salesperson attends industry events, such as trade shows and

conferences, to network and generate leads and promote products or services.

Develop proposals: The salesperson develops proposals and quotes for customers,

including pricing, product specifications, and delivery timelines.

Continuous improvement: The salesperson continuously seeks ways to improve

sales performance, such as through training, coaching, and feedback, to increase

sales and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

HVAC Engineering, HVAC Design, and HVAC skills

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations

Experience working with chiller systems is a plus
