Position Title: Senior Executive/ Executive Human Resource

Reports to: Manager-Human Recourses

Division / Department : Human Resources

Location / Site: Aurolab, Madurai

JOB PURPOSE:

The Executive HR position in Aurolab plays a crucial role in driving organizational success by effectively managing the company's most valuable asset—its human capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork.

Employee Relations

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.

Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.

Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and morale.

Performance Management

Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.

Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.

HR Administration

Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.

Training and Development

Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Support employee development programs, such as mentorship programs and leadership development initiatives.

Employee Benefits Administration

employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Employee Engagement and Culture

initiatives to promote employee engagement, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and surveys.

HR Projects and Initiatives

in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, improving employee experience, and supporting organizational growth.

with other HR team members and departments on cross-functional projects as needed.

Continuous Improvement

Position Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management

Experience: 3-5 Years’ experience in Manufacturing industries
