Job Overview:

As a Student Abroad Advisor at LEOBISS INTERNATIONAL, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with their plans to study overseas. You will provide expert guidance on university selection, application processes, visa procedures, and pre-departure preparations. Your goal is to ensure that students have all the necessary information and support to make informed decisions and successfully transition to their chosen international educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and their families regarding study abroad options, including universities, courses, and destinations.

Assist students with the entire application process, including filling out application forms, writing personal statements, and preparing for interviews.

Provide information and assistance with visa applications and ensure all necessary documents are prepared and submitted on time.

Conduct pre-departure orientations to help students understand cultural differences, accommodation options, and travel logistics.

Stay updated on changes in university admission requirements, visa regulations, and other relevant areas.

Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions abroad

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.

Previous experience in educational counseling or student advising, preferably in an international context.

Strong knowledge of study abroad programs, university admissions processes, and visa regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.
