Position: Senior Travel Consultant Senior Ticketing Officer [ Airline ]

Location: Kannur, Thrissur, Ernakulam, Kottayam, Calicut, Kollam, Trivandrum, Pala, Thiruvalla, Palakkad

[ Our branches span across Kerala, and you must be ready to work at any of these locations ]

Pay: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month

Experience: 3-4 years Experience in Tours & Travel Industry

NB : Without relevant tours and travel sector experience, your CV will not be shortlisted

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Airline ticketing operations.

2. IATA Certification is mandatory.

3. Strong knowledge of ticketing software and systems.

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Team player with strong organizational skills.

7. Attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing transactions.

8. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.

9. Flexibility to work during weekends or holidays if required.

10. Proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their ticketing needs and resolving any issues or inquiries.

2. Ensure all ticketing operations are carried out efficiently and accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures.

3. Process ticket reservations, cancellations, and changes promptly and accurately.

4. Maintain updated knowledge of airline fares, rules, regulations, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.

5. Handle and resolve any customer complaints related to ticketing services.

6. Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth ticketing operations.

7. Assist in training and mentoring junior ticketing staff.

8. Compile and maintain ticketing records and reports for management review.

9. Adhere to IATA standards and regulations in all ticketing operations.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide the best service to clients.
