Overview

This position is responsible for collaborating with IT, finance and operations. This position will be a key member of the ERP implementation team and will assist with managing requirements, selection, and budget. This position will use data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project from selection to implementation.

Monitor progress to ensure the accurate transfer of data into the new ERP system and that deadlines are met throughout the implementation plan.

Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.

Assist in maintenance of reporting tools and troubleshooting reporting issues identified by the business.

Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders to produce useful reports.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

Experience with project management.

Experience with an ERP implementation.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Advanced technical skills.

Excellent documentation skills.
