Sr. Manager, E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

This position will be responsible for channel marketing, analytics, day-to-day site operations, new customer acquisition and overall growth of the E-Commerce business for ORLY®, ORLY+ and SPARITUAL®. They will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Product Development, Education and Customer Service to create a best-in-class online/digital experience. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, results-driven, and able to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Refine growth strategy through development and optimization of key strategic objectives.

· Define content marketing goals for the website and lead in execution of digital assets to drive site traffic and on-site conversion.

· Enhance merchandising and user experience to increase conversion and AOV.

· Utilize analytics and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities.

· Establish, manage, and report on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, AOV and other KPI’s.

· Oversee the day-to-day operations relating to ecommerce with oversight responsibility for operating metrics and key performance drivers.

· Provide leadership and direction to external partners and effectively manage workload and all projects.

· Coordinate with Customer Service/Operations Team on customer feedback and inform of upcoming site changes.

· Coordinate with Creative Team on design projects for ad campaigns and the website (including landing pages, homepage assets and paid media).

· Coordinate internally with PD and Operations on product launches and promotions.

· Communicate strategy to management and the marketing team as needed.

· Manage all outside web development partners: manage budgets, set goals, monitor, and report on performance, manage timelines and prioritization, develop, and manage web development/marketing calendar and report on updates regularly to management.

· Manage paid social/search agency, optimizing approach for CPO, AOV, and conversion.

· Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

· 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of retail/e-commerce business processes. Beauty industry is a plus.

· Experience with Shopify a Must.

· Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

· Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

· Proven experience in website optimizing pages and sales funnels; as well as creating and launching email marketing campaigns.

· Solid knowledge of web and mobile analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

· Demonstrated history of delivery in a dynamic, fast paced organization.

· Ability to operate independently but respond to executive input and direction.

· Strong ethics and values which support the organization’s goals and foster the appropriate culture.

· Extremely strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

· Working knowledge of ad serving environment.

· Background in managing digital marketing campaigns.

· Self-starting and goal oriented professional with strong written and verbal communications skills.

· Must possess strong initiative – self-directed, with independent judgment and decision-making ability

· Outstanding ability to partner with others at all levels.
