Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient server-side applications using Java technologies

Collaborate with the front-end development team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices

Implement RESTful APIs and web services to support seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems

Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, implementing caching mechanisms, and optimizing database queries

Work with the database team to design and implement database schemas and optimize data storage and retrieval

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards

Debug and resolve application defects and performance issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Proven work experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role

Strong knowledge of Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)

Experience with web application development using Java technologies (Servlets, JSP, etc.)

Proficiency in working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and writing efficient SQL queries
