Developing multi-year projection statements for P&L, BS

Creating cash flow models

Budget investment analysis and reporting

Job Description:

Key responsibilities include oversight of financial analysis for existing portfolio of real estate investments, including property-level and fund-level performance.

Collaborate cross-departments with Accounting, Real Estate, Investor Relations

Develop and provide executive level dashboards

Manage portfolio valuation analysis

Must have strong finance experience in the real estate investment industry, with strong understanding of joint venture & preferred equity capital structures; excellent excel skills, investor and executive level reporting

FP&A experience a plus

Manage a team of 2-4 people (should not be first time manager)
