Overview:

Premier America Credit Union is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud within Premier America Credit Union organization. The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of Salesforce solutions to streamline processes, improve member experiences, and achieve business objectives. This is an on-site role and not remote.

What You Will Do:

Team Member models behaviors that align with Premier America's Core Values.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the strategic vision and roadmap for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation and optimization aligned with organizational goals.

Product Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, owning the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders, BSA, and Scrum Master to gather and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.

Solution Design: Partner with internal team (IT / Salesforce Agile Team) and external vendors to design and configure Salesforce solutions, leveraging best practices to meet business requirements and maximize platform capabilities.

Project Management: Partner with Scrum Master and Lead Agile project management processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and sprint reviews, to drive successful project execution and delivery.

Change Management: Develop and execute change management to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud across the organization, providing training and support service tickets to end-users as needed.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce solutions, optimize processes, and drive innovation to improve member experiences and achieve business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related experience.

Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and/or Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) credentials required.

Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience and proven track record of successful project management and Agile methodology implementation.

Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within a credit union, is preferred.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparator experience.

The ability to motivate or influence internal or external senior level professionals is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust.

Obtaining cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, senior level dialogues, as well as a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Ability to work onsite at our Chatsworth offices.

Pay Grade Info:

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all our job postings regardless of State. We set standard pay ranges for all roles based on function and level of expertise, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is: $ 79k – $98k annually.
