You’ll join the Marketing team to develop and oversee innovative social media strategy and campaigns across all social channels to increase brand awareness and drive growth. This is a Fulltime opportunity. The role is located in Los Angeles and is Hybrid 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead innovative social media strategies and campaigns to boost brand awareness and growth.
Manage and grow social media platforms globally, maintaining positive consumer sentiment.
Collaborate with agencies, brand, and marketing teams to support and enhance campaigns.
Oversee content creation, distribution, and community management on key social platforms.
Track, analyze, and report performance, recommending improvements for growth.
Requirements:
10-12 years of experience in social media management within the consumer product industry.
Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams with strong people management skills.
Expertise in strategic planning, organic growth campaigns, and achieving measurable sales results.
Strong business acumen and proficiency in social data analysis and KPI measurement.
Global experience and excellent collaborative skills.
