Seeking a Technical Customer Service Senior level Rep or Supervisor or Manager that can manage accounts and customer support and service; Also read and interpret schematic designs, plans and lay out. Understand customer request on specific Product dimensions . size . delivery etc
Responsibilities:
Serve as a Key Account Manager handling multiple blue-chip Fortune 500 customers in the automotive, lawn and garden, medical, aerospace and telecommunications industries
Act as the engineering liaison to coordinate with other departments to assure all aspects of the customer experience is handled flawlessly, including Quoting, Technical Support, Order Entry and Inventory Planning
Responsible for incoming technical product calls for orders, availability, quotes, pricing and technical inquiries.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Work as a liaison between sales, manufacturing and shipping on a daily basis.
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information, keeping records of customer interactions and running reports
Requirements:
BA or BS Degree Preferred but not required
Manufacturing Engineering Major Highly Preferred
Must be able to read Schematics.
Technical competencies for dealing with automotive mechanical parts
Experience with fasteners or similar related products and industries
Minimum relative experience needed is 3 years
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to work closely with Inside and Outside Sales Team to assure 100% customer satisfaction
Advanced Proficiency needed in Large ERP or MES
Advanced Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
