Social Media Coordinator

We’re looking for an innovative marketer who will help drive Kulfi’s social marketing strategy and execution across channels. This role will partner closely with the Social & Influencer Marketing Manager and be an integral part of the team. You are creative with a bias for action and are motivated to go above and beyond to identify ways to build community and content.

Responsibilities

Content creation and management for Tiktok & Instagram

BTS, Product, Community-based, Kulfi IRL, etc.

Heavier focus on TikTok Strategy & Growth

Content Posting, Management & Copy

Work closely with and align to Social & Infl. Manager’s focuses & social marketing strategy

Community Management for TikTok & Instagram

DM management

Daily Engagement with Kulfi Identity + Voice

Influencer Seeding:

Identify creators and brand friends through socials

Provide monthly seeding lists for gifting

Manage micro influencer platform/gifting

Requirements

Experience in Social Media Management & Content Creation (IG, TikTok, etc.)

Demonstrated interest in Beauty and Community Building

Self-driven and collaborative

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Ability to travel to Kulfi office in NYC at least 2x/week for in-person collaboration

Compensation & benefits

This is a full time (40 hours/ week) consulting role.
