About the Role

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work across LG H&H’s portfolio of brands. This role will be actively involved in growing awareness of our brands through experimenting with new tactics and strategies, grounded in data, and creative in approach to grow a fan base for our brands. Responsibilities:

Content Creation

Plan out content for IG, TikTok, Threads

Film and Edit Content

Gifting

vet and source creators for organic gifting

Seek and obtain addresses from creators

Input gratis orders for gifting

Community Management

Reply to DM’s and spark conversations with creators

Monitor and respond to comments on owned content

Owned community management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or Advertising from an accredited college

1-3 years of experience in related field

Excellent communication skills

Experience with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.

Experience with image/video editing software is a plus.

Ability to work well with cross functional partners with little oversight

Demonstrated passion for social media and content creation.

Active social media presence

Experience in or highly interested in beauty
